POSSIBLE's Designer has a varied skill-set, able to pump out templates for page-based interaction, experiment with multiple approaches in multivariate/optimization efforts and generate original visual directions for Flash and other non-page based media.

The Designer needs to be flexible, efficient, detail oriented and come packed with potential.


  • Work with the entire POSSIBLE creative team to produce impactful, innovative design that expresses the client and project objectives
  • Own all aspects of the design process, from collecting inspiration, to producing multiple concepts, to production, to providing feedback to junior designers
  • Create overall design direction for integrated marketing campaigns that span traditional, digital, and emerging media platforms
  • Concept and design graphics and imagery for clients’ social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, and Pinterest
  • Demonstrate and apply key principles of interface design to experience design projects, including websites and apps
  • Work collaboratively with team members to produce beautiful presentations for new business pitches and existing clients
  • Incorporate feedback from internal team members and clients to ensure work is in line with overall briefs and client expectations and goals
  • Provide visual QA feedback to account and technology teams to ensure creative quality and consistency

Skills and experience:

  • 2+ years direct experience with design for campaigns (traditional, digital, and/or social) and design for digital and interactive experiences (sites and/or apps)
  • Outstanding portfolio showcasing innovative digital concepts and creative design solutions, including the types of work listed above
  • Proven ability to independently solve complex design problems and generate original design concepts
  • Experience searching for and evaluating the creative merits of photography and photographers, including those from stock photo sites and social media sites like Tumblr and Instagram
  • Strong knowledge of the overall design landscape, including trending platforms, tools, typography, campaigns, and designers
  • Ability to generate basic motion assets such as animated GIFs
  • Laser-sharp attention to detail
  • Experience developing information architecture, user experience, and/or wireframes
  • Basic understanding of the capabilities of HTML and web browsers
  • In-depth knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Familiarity with and/or personal use of popular social platforms (e.g. Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Tumblr)
  • Sketching / Illustration skills a big plus
